HAND HARVESTED BLUE AGAVE
Made in Jalisco
What is Teqmex?
A sophisticated aged tequila, crafted in the region of Jalisco, with the aim of offering lovers of this spirit all the nuances of this seductive drink made exclusively with blue agave harvested by hand in Jalisco.
With three to six months of aging in American oak barrels, this tequila acquires a pale hue due to the contact of the distillate with the wood.
The story behind Teqmex
After extensive research, we found the perfect place for our idea; a proprietary tequila that meets all Mexican requirements: ingredients, harvesting, processes, or production area, as Tequila is strongly regulated under a very specific and geographically protected standard.
We agreed with a Mexican distillery to produce a tequila following our perceptions in terms of aroma, taste, and other organoleptic qualities, based on the numerous samples of different recipes received.
The result is a rounded tequila, of great quality, and with all the taste of Mexico.
Mexican Inspiration: a mystical journey by Tanit
Just as the design of our Hierbas Ibicencas bottle celebrates the essence of modern landscapes, the soul of Teqmex® captures the essence of transformed Tanit, her immortalized essence in the figure of the Catrina. This journey not only reclaims the unbreakable power of our cultures and ancestral traditions, but also celebrates the union of festivities and rituals, creating a sensory bridge that transports the taster to an encounter between two worlds.
Through Teqmex®, Familia Marí Mayans Spirits offers not just a drink, but an odyssey: a sip of history, culture, and tradition, wrapped in the mysticism of Tanit who has returned to us, bringing the gift of Mexico under the mantle of the starry night. With each drop, experience the embrace of two distant lands, united by fate and the devotion to preserve their eternal legacy.
