What is Ibizen?
Without additives or pesticides, the plants of Ibizen Infusiones are the same ones we have been using for over a century to make distillates such as Hierbas Ibicencas or Frígola, among other liqueurs, as well as in the different varieties of IBZ gin.
Mahon variety. We only use selected flowers from the fields of Ibiza, without stems or leaves. Single-dose presentation.
Chamomile is widely known for its calming properties, ideal for relaxing the body and mind, facilitating a feeling of tranquility and well-being.
We select the finest leaves of lemon balm, known for their intensely lemony fragrance, to create an infusion that calms and revitalizes.
Lemon balm is valued for its digestive and relaxing effects, making this drink the perfect complement after meals or a moment of pure relaxation.
We combine the intense aroma of thyme, picked at its optimal flowering point, with the refreshing citrus touch of orange.

Why?
The name of Ibizen> is a play on words that refers to the Pitiusa Island where this lineage of alchemists works, Ibiza, and the peace and Zen state of balance that their infusions provide. In honor of all those women who tirelessly cultivated the Ibizan land in the early 20th century, the kraft bag containing the infusions features a miniature of a peasant woman in a yoga pose that tenderly reminds us of the need to stop for a few moments to combat stress, recharge energies, and face the day with clarity and harmony.
