Ibiza Herbs
The most well-known drink made by Familia Marí Mayans is their Hierbas Ibicencas, a liqueur whose origins date back to the island of Formentera.
Frígola
It is the distillate with which the Marí Mayans family firm began. It consists of a careful distillation of thyme and an orange maceration.
Palo
It is an appetizer based on woody plants such as quinine or gentian. It was consumed as the “vermouth” of the time and today its enjoyment is on the rise again.
Absenta
This spirit is very famous for the story that precedes it. Made from Artemisia absinthium (wormwood or white gin). It is commonly used in cocktail making.
Teqmex
A sophisticated rested tequila, produced in the Jalisco region, with three to six months of aging in American oak barrels.
